The Tract & Ownership Information module is used for recording essential details for a particular tract or parcel.
It captures key milestone dates related to acquisition and management, landowner and contact details, legal description, pre-existing rights and assets and comments.
It also includes a landowner database for managing all landowner records that exist in the system, across all projects.
In addition, it allows users to upload documents and add notes directly to a tract. Users can link these documents and notes to multiple tracts, saving valuable time during data entry.
