The Project Financials module provides centralized financial tracking of expenditures against a set project budget to minimize budget deviations and eliminate any surprises.
Based on payment obligations from agreement records, the system can automatically calculate distribution amounts.
The system can auto-adjust distributions or annual/recurring payments based on parameters such as fixed rate adjustments, CPI, GDP Implicit Price Deflator (IPD), etc.
The module can also be used to determine what percentage of the project budget has been used as well as projected estimates for the future (0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months and more than 24 months) to ensure that the project budget stays on track.
Automatic reminders can even be set to ensure payments are never missed or delayed.
In addition, the module can integrate with in-house financial systems for an added layer of efficiency.
