Issue/ Encroachment Tracker/ Landowner Hotline
The Issue/Encroachment Tracker/Landowner Hotline module allows all matters of a project to be tracked with a customized ticketing system in order to easily report and resolve project issues. Once an issue is logged, it can be associated with landowners and non-participating stakeholders/contacts, tracts and/or leases to eliminate duplicate entry of data and ensure all relevant information is associated with the ticket. The ticket can then be assigned to a queue or a particular agent to resolve. The module allows for tracking the progress of the ticket, including its status, due date and completion date.
