The Forms Manager module is used to build electronic forms to capture data related to inspections, environmental studies, surveys, construction inventories, work site incidence reports, etc. These forms provide a controlled environment for data capture that can reduce errors and improve efficiency. Forms can be assigned to field agents for completion using mobile devices, or from the Web application. The forms are capable of capturing multiple data types including:
- Basic text fields and long text fields
- Numeric fields
- Location/latitude and longitude coordinates
- Date fields
Forms also allow for triggers to be created that either display or hide additional questions and information based on a user’s completion of qualifying information. In addition, a respondent might be prompted to complete an additional work item based on answers to the current form.
