Service Manager

The Service Manager provides the ability to track all service requests such as title orders, plotter plans/maps, postage, mailings and couriers. Users are able to set up service companies and contacts, specify the types of services and whether they apply to the project as a whole or to tracts, and enter the rate charged for each service (if not billed at cost). All services are logged and all invoices can be uploaded for reconciliation with the request record. The module includes setting up triggers to notify the appropriate individuals that an invoice must be processed.
