The Outdoor Advertising module provides tools to inventory, track and manage outdoor advertising in compliance with state and federal requirements. In addition to inventorying and tracking existing billboards, the module assists in managing new permit applications and tracking payments. Records of each billboard are maintained, including location, size, condition, landowner, distance between signs, lighting specifications, and any related documentation required by the state’s ODA program and the Federal Highway Administration. Users can initiate workflows to process and review new billboard applications and renewals of existing permits to streamline the review process. This module can be used with gisAMPS, geoAMPS' geospatial mapping platform, to pinpoint the distance between billboards and from the state or federal highway. When this module is used with the geoAMPS Mobile platform, users can capture details from on-site inspections.
