One Call

The One Call module is used for managing tickets that come in from any third-party One Call dispatch system. gisAMPS will map the location of the ticket and perform automatic conflict resolutions based on predefined rules. Tickets needing a closer look can be routed to appropriate users or user groups for field review. Assigned users/groups can then quickly access all necessary forms, upload the completed forms, log any notes needed and submit all work for a manager’s approval.
